Wait the right amount of time
Couriers will not investigate until a parcel is officially delayed. Royal Mail 1st class: 10 working days. Tracked services: 5 working days. Same-day: 24 hours.
Contact the courier first, not the seller
If you are the sender, you are the contracting party. The recipient cannot raise a claim on your behalf.
