How long does delivery take?+

Most Wayspost deliveries arrive the same day or next day depending on driver availability on your route.

Are my belongings insured?+

Yes — every Wayspost delivery is covered by Goods-in-Transit insurance up to £10,000 from collection until signed handover.

What can't I send?+

Hazardous goods, live animals, illegal items, and anything on Royal Mail's prohibited list. See our item guidelines for the full list.

How do I cancel a booking?+

Open the booking from your dashboard and use the Cancel option. Bookings cancelled before a driver claims them are fully refunded.

When do drivers get paid?+

Earnings land in your UK bank account every Thursday for the previous week's completed deliveries.

What if my item is damaged?+

Open a dispute from the booking page. Our team reviews evidence within one business day and the insurance covers approved claims.
