Who you're trusting
Drivers are vetted before they ever see a job
The hardest part of safety is the human at the wheel. We don't auto-approve anyone — every driver passes through identity, document and deposit checks first.
Real applications, reviewed by humans
Every driver applies with full name, address, driving licence, vehicle details and insurance. An admin reviews each application before approval — no instant onboarding.
Government ID + selfie liveness check
Approved drivers must complete a Stripe Identity check: a photo of their ID and a live selfie that's matched to it. Drivers can't accept jobs until this passes.
Refundable £100 deposit on file
Every driver puts a £100 deposit on a saved card before their first job. It's released automatically after deliveries complete and can be charged if a driver is responsible for loss or damage.
Tiered job limits based on track record
New drivers start capped at £50 items. Caps lift to £150, £400, then unlimited only as drivers complete jobs and earn high ratings. Item value is set by you — drivers can't bypass it.
Your money
Payments are held, screened, and recoverable
Cards never touch our servers, fraudulent payments are blocked before they settle, and the driver only gets paid once delivery is confirmed.
Card payments via Stripe
We never see or store your card details. Payments go through Stripe with PCI-DSS Level 1 protection, 3D Secure where required, and full chargeback rights.
Escrow on every booking
Your payment is held by Wayspost — not paid to the driver — until delivery is confirmed or 48 hours pass without a dispute. If something goes wrong, the funds stay protected.
Optional cargo cover for £2
Add cargo cover at checkout for up to £500 of compensation if your item is lost or damaged in transit. Toggle it on the booking form — no paperwork.
Fraud screening on every payment
Stripe Radar scores every transaction for fraud risk. Anything elevated is auto-flagged into an admin review queue before money moves.

Account access is locked down by default
From the moment you sign up, your account is protected against bot abuse, credential stuffing and stolen-password reuse.
Bot protection on sign-up & login
Cloudflare Turnstile sits in front of account creation, login and driver applications — invisible to you, painful for the scripts trying to abuse the platform.
Optional two-factor authentication
Turn on app-based 2FA in your account settings. Both customers and drivers can use it — strongly recommended for drivers.
Encrypted everywhere
All connections use HTTPS/TLS. Your address book, booking history and uploaded delivery proofs are stored encrypted and gated by per-user access rules.

Live tracking with a private link
Every booking gets a unique tracking URL you can share with the recipient. Watch the driver's location update in real time from pickup to drop-off.
Proof of delivery: photo + signature
Drivers capture a photo and a recipient signature on every drop-off. Both are timestamped and attached to your booking record permanently.
In-app messaging, no phone numbers shared
Talk to your driver through the app. Your real phone number stays private; drivers only get a one-tap chat channel scoped to the active job.
Two-way ratings after every job
You rate the driver, they rate you. Low-rated drivers lose tier status and access; persistently bad actors are removed.
If something goes wrong
We've got your back
From your booking page, raise a dispute within 48 hours of delivery. Payout to the driver is paused immediately.
Our team reviews the proof-of-delivery photo, signature, chat history, GPS trail and ratings before deciding.
Refunds come from escrow; loss or damage with cargo cover pays out up to £500. Driver deposits backstop the rest.
