Parcel marked delivered but not received: what to do
It happens more than you think. Here is the order of operations.
First 24 hours
Check with neighbours, the back garden, the side gate, any safe place. Many parcels turn up within a day.
Get the GPS proof
Ask the courier for the GPS coordinates of delivery and the photo. If either is at the wrong address, that is your dispute opener.
Raise the dispute
Open a claim within 14 days. Be specific: GPS shows delivery 200 metres away is a winning case.
